Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as we are unlikely to be able to fill the space at short notice.

Please get in touch with us via email if you would like to cancel or reschedule a class.

Non-Attendance:

Missed classes or late arrivals cannot be rescheduled or made up outside the fixed class times.

Our weekly Clay Club is available if you’d like to catch up or practice, bookable via What’s On.

Clay/Glaze/Firing Costs:

Throwing Class Taster Sessions: Each participant can keep unto 2 pots, which will be clear glazed. Additional pots can fired at £5 each.

Private Bookings: Materials and firing costs are included unless stated otherwise. Your pots will be ready for collection in 3-4 weeks after your class.
